Setting Up Your Community

A community in Torneos MVP is a branded portal built on top of your account. It does not hold your tournaments or your players — those belong to your account; what a community does is gather and show only the tournaments of its member accounts, with your name and colors, isolated from the rest of the platform. Think of it as the public storefront of your club or federation.

Prerequisites

  • You must have a Torneos MVP account. (Create one here)
  • You must have a premium account

Creating a community

  1. Log in and navigate to your Profile by clicking your account name or avatar.
  2. Click Create Community.
  3. Fill in:
    • Community name — the public name of your club, association, or federation
    • Description — a short summary of your organization (optional but recommended)
    • Sport — the primary sport this community is organized around
    • Country
  4. Click Save or Continue.

Your new community will be linked to your account and its portal will be available at any time.

After creating your community

Once your community is created, the recommended next steps are:

  1. Customize your branding — add your logo, colors, and custom domain
  2. Invite members and assign roles — give your staff appropriate access
  3. Create your first tournament — start organizing

Working with multiple accounts

A single user can belong to several accounts. Use the selector in the top navigation to move between the accounts you have access to without logging out — each with its own tournaments, players, and rankings, and optionally its own community.

This is especially useful for organizers who collaborate with different clubs or organizations.
