Troubleshooting

Login and access

I cannot log in

  • Check that you are using the correct email address.
  • Try resetting your password via Forgot my password on the login page.
  • Check if your account may have been deactivated — contact your community administrator.

I was invited but I cannot access the community

  • Make sure you have clicked the invitation link (not just navigated to the site directly).
  • If your account was just created, try logging out and back in.
  • Contact the administrator who invited you to confirm the invitation is still valid.

I can see the dashboard but certain sections are missing

  • Your role may not have permission to view those sections.
  • Contact your community administrator to review your role and permissions.
  • See Access Control for how permissions are configured.

Tournament setup

My category (Valid) is not appearing in registrations

  • Confirm the category has been created under the tournament's Phases & Rounds section.
  • Confirm that a registration period has been opened for that category with the correct dates.

The draw was generated but some players are missing

  • Check that those players have Approved registration status — only approved registrations appear in the draw.
  • Confirm the player profiles exist in the People directory.

The bracket is not advancing after a match was finished

  • Confirm the match was marked as Finished (not just scored) from the live panel or referee panel.
  • Check if there is an error alert on the court in the live panel.
  • Try refreshing the bracket page.

I cannot generate the draw

  • Confirm there is at least one approved registration for the category.
  • Check that the category has a phase configured.

Live control

The court shows an alert and I don't know why

  • No referee: A match is assigned but no referee has been set. Assign a referee from the live panel.
  • No display: A match is assigned but no display is connected to the court. Assign a display from the live panel.
  • Match delayed: The match is past its scheduled time. Investigate and reassign or reschedule as needed.

A match was finished incorrectly — how do I correct it?

  1. From the live control panel, find the completed match.
  2. Click Edit result.
  3. Correct the score or end reason.
  4. Save.

Note that correcting a result after subsequent matches have been played may require manual bracket adjustments.

The referee cannot see their assigned matches

  • Confirm the referee access link is valid and has been shared correctly.
  • Confirm the match has been assigned to the referee in the live panel.
  • Ask the referee to try opening the link in a different browser or device.

Rankings

The ranking did not update after a tournament match finished

  • Confirm the tournament category (Valid) is linked to a ranking modality. See Linking Rankings.
  • Check that the match was fully finished (not just scored).
  • Rankings may take a few moments to update — wait a minute and refresh the ranking page.

A player's points don't seem correct

  • Open the player's ranking history (balance detail) to see the full audit trail.
  • Look for unexpected discounts if a discount table is configured.
  • If you believe there is a calculation error, contact your platform administrator.

The ranking modality filter shows no players

  • Confirm players were registered under the matching modality and age category.
  • Confirm at least one tournament contributing to that modality has been completed.

Streaming and displays

The OBS browser source is blank or not loading

  • Verify the URL is correct by opening it in a browser first.
  • Confirm there is an active match assigned to the court in the live panel.
  • Check that your streaming computer has an internet connection.
  • In OBS, right-click the browser source and select Refresh or Interact → Reload.

The scoreboard is showing the wrong match

  • The display is linked to a specific court, not a specific match. Make sure the correct match is assigned to that court in the live panel.
  • If you recently changed the court assignment, the display may need a moment to update.

The streaming scoreboard background is not transparent

  • Ensure you are using the Streaming Scoreboard URL, not the Field Scoreboard URL.
  • In OBS, confirm the browser source does not have a background color set in OBS's source properties.
