Filtering and searching players

The People directory supports filtering by:

  • Modality — Singles, Doubles, Teams
  • Gender
  • Club
  • Validation status — whether they have required certifications
  • Active / Inactive

Use the search bar to find players by name.

Deactivating a player

If a player is no longer active in your community:

  1. Open their profile.
  2. Set their status to Inactive.

Inactive players do not appear in registration searches and are hidden from active directories, but their historical results and ranking data are preserved.

Bulk operations

From the People list, you can perform bulk operations such as:

  • Assign a validation badge to multiple players
  • Export the player list

Player's public profile

If the community is public, each player has a public profile page showing:

  • Their name and photo
  • Club affiliation
  • Tournament history
  • Ranking positions
